Seam Lamp

Dutch designer Seppe Van Heusden’s Seam lamps feature an interesting contrast between a black steel arm and base and a poetic porcelain shade. The name is inspired by the visible seam on the mold used to cast the porcelain lampshade. The aim of my work is to make the most of the characteristics of the material and its process to create objects that express calm”.
