The Delegated Management of Vinci Construction Nantes aimed to consolidate several entities that were previously scattered across buildings that didn’t reflect the image of the Group well. The architecture firm Xolf engaged Orangelo from recommendations to on-site furniture installation. We contributed to arranging the regional headquarters for 200 employees with inspiring furniture, not only in their types but also in their colors and materials.

It was important for Vinci’s regional management to:
• Strengthen internal synergies by bringing activities closer together
• Engage in a co-creation approach by promoting collaborative work
• Cultivate a sense of well-being in an efficient, welcoming, and identifiable space
• Streamline and energize activities by developing effective and economical spatial and technical management
